#1- Be Involved. Be Committed – become more involved in politics and government– know what’s going on!

#2- Building Reputation, One Relationship at a Time, Is a Good Business– These all build relationships that last and focus on the community to build relationships

#3- Choose the Right Products, Be Productive– Know your company well and choose right

#4- Keep Moving Ahead– Do not ignore the needs of your consumers because you are stuck in the past

#5- Embrace Diversity– Get directly involved in your community

#6 When Things Go Wrong, Make them Right, As Fast as You can– Things will go wrong, it’s just whether you can make them right that really matters.
